1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Products without original packaging
❌ Custom orders or special installations

- Once approved, we will arrange product pickup within Riyadh only.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refund will be issued through the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item, we will exchange it free of cost within Riyadh.
